What is the shipping charge?

Shipping is a charged per state within Australia ranging from $9 - $25 and will be added at the end of your purchase. Please note we do not deliver to PO BOXES.

 

Do you offer a pick up option?

Yes we do. Simply use the coupon "PICKUP" when you check out and it will automatically deduct the $9 shipping fee for NSW (make sure you still select "Australia - New South Wales" as your shipping option). Once you have finalised your purchase we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a pick up time.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer gift wrapping free of charge on all purchases. Simply select the gift wrapping box on checkout.

 

How do I make my purchase if I don’t have a PayPal account?

You do not need a PayPal Account to make a purchase. You can enter your credit card details on the PayPal website instead.

 

When will I receive my purchases?

If you have chosen to pick up your purchase we will contact you to arrange a pick up time. Our office hours are 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday however if those times do not suit you we can make alternative arrangements. If you have selected to have your parcel delivered, we will endeavour to have it delivered within 2 - 4 working days. In some unforeseen circumstances we may take slightly longer, we will contact you.

 

Why haven't I received my purchase confirmation?

Purchase and shipping confirmations are automatically emailed to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you have not received your confirmation. Feel free to contact us if you cannot see it.

 

What is your exchange / returns policy?

We do not offer any refunds for change of mind however we will refund for faulty goods if notified within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We offer change of mind exchanges as long as the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging. However you will be responsible for shipping charges in both directions. In all cases, proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts may be offered by discretion and customers will need to use the coupon code provided at checkout.

 

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

You can purchase a unique coupon code as a gift which can be used to purchase from our store. However please note at this time coupons must be used in full at the time of purchase. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a coupon.

 

Do you do gift registries?

We can do gift registries for engagements, weddings, baby showers or any other occasion you would like. Please contact us for further information.

 

How do you accept payment?

Payment is accepted by credit card or PayPal. All payments are securely processed by PayPal however you do not need a PayPal account.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We will not share your information with any third party without your permission. We will only store your email address and telephone number for contact purposes.
